Certified Training

10 Hour Construction Industry Certified OSHA Outreach Training

  • Mandatory - 7 hours
  • Introduction to OSHA – 2 hours
  • OSHA Focus Four Hazards – 4 hours
  • Elective - 2 hours. cranes, material handling, excavation, hoists, scaffolds, stairs or tools (minimum of 30 minutes ea.)
  • Optional - 1 hour. Teach other construction industry hazards or policies

30 Hour Construction Industry Certified OSHA Outreach Training

  • Mandatory - 15 hours
  • Introduction to OSHA – 2 hours.
  • OSHA Focus Four Hazards – 6 hours
  • Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment – 2 hours
  • Health Hazards in Construction – 2 hours
  • Managing Safety and Health– 2 hours
  • Stairways and Ladders – 1 hour
  • Elective - 12 hours. concrete, confined space, cranes, hoists, ergonomics, excavations, fire protection, materials handling, Storage, motor vehicles,  powered industrial vehicles, safety and health, scaffolds, steel erection, tools, welding and cutting
  • Optional - 3 hours. Teach other construction industry hazards or policies

additional safety awareness classes

Means and Method/Job Hazard Analysis Workshop

  • Attendees: Administrative Staff, Project Managers, Superintendent Foreman.
  • Class is a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Goal is to train employees and enhance the use of preplanning through development of task specific documents.
  • Results: Continuity in work quality and worker performance.

Training Workshops include OSHA requirements (4 hour Minimum)

  • Fall Protection Systems that include guard rails, personal fall arrest systems, ladders, stairs and housekeeping.
  • Electrical Hazards that include power tools, arc welding, extension cords, and exposed live parts.
  • Material handling including steel, masonry, rigging, hoists, cranes, telehandler and excavation.
  • Additional classes are available.

Site Specific Auditing

Provide a safety audit that includes the overall activities on construction projects regarding falls, electrical, struck by and the potential for caught-in-between incidents.

CONSULTING EVALUATIONS

Corporate review of safety policies that include safety manuals, tools, employee training, general liability and workers compensation.

Safety Manuals

Corporate safety manuals are available to provide an overall safety plan for operations that contractors perform.
